Dia Venustas pieces are handcrafted in our atelier. Orders are prepared and dispatched within 10 working days. Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email including tracking details.
As each piece is made to order, returns are not accepted. However, exchanges may be requested within 7 days of delivery and are permitted on a one-time basis only. For items that arrive damaged or faulty, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.
