Delivery Terms
We offer free shipping on all orders within Turkey. All orders are shipped with insurance. Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive an email containing tracking details. You can track the status of your order by clicking the link in the email.
Your order will be shipped to your address within a maximum of 10 business days. Products in stock are dispatched within 1 to 3 business days. For out-of-stock items, delivery times may vary depending on production time. If a product you have ordered is not in stock, you will be notified by a DIA VENUSTAS representative.
After placing an order, you will have 2 hours to make any changes to the order through the system, including cancellations.
If you need assistance selecting a different size, diameter, color, or bar length for your order, or if you wish to create a custom order, please contact our Customer Service team at info@diavenustas.com or call us at +90 533 709 70 68 before placing your order.
Cancellation and Return Conditions
To cancel or return your orders or products purchased from diavenustas.com, you must notify us by contacting our online store support line at +90 533 709 70 68 or by emailing info@diavenustas.com. All conditions stated here apply only to products purchased from diavenustas.com.
The customer is responsible for the package during transit to the DIA VENUSTAS center. After the product reaches us and following the necessary inspections, if the return is accepted, the product cost will be refunded to you.
Product returns are subject to the provisions of Consumer Protection Law No. 6502. The right of withdrawal may be exercised within 14 days after the product reaches the customer. To exercise the right of withdrawal, the customer must notify www.diavenustas.com via email or telephone within this period, and the product must be unused.
When exercising the right of withdrawal, it is mandatory to return a copy of the cargo delivery receipt showing that the product delivered to the customer or a third party has been sent to www.diavenustas.com, along with the original invoice. Following receipt of these documents, the product will be inspected by experts.
For products approved for return after inspection, the product price will be refunded within 7 days using the same payment method used by the customer. If the original invoice is not sent, VAT and any other legal obligations cannot be refunded.
For products purchased with Same Day Delivery Service, only the product price will be refunded after deducting the collected delivery fee from the invoice payment amount. For products with International Delivery, only the product price will be refunded after deducting the collected delivery fee from the invoice payment amount.
Right of Withdrawal
The customer cannot exercise the right of withdrawal for products manufactured according to the customer’s special requests and demands, or products that have been personalized with modifications or additions.
Therefore, the following products are within the scope of products for which the right of withdrawal cannot be exercised:
- All rings that will be adjusted according to the ring size selected by the customer at the time of order
- Products with engravings on the stone according to customer requests
- Products with engravings on or inside the gold parts
- All products manufactured according to customer requests

Right of Cancellation
Orders for products manufactured according to the customer’s special requests and demands, or products that are custom-made with modifications or additions, cannot be cancelled.
Therefore, the following products are within the scope of non-cancellable products:
- All rings that will be adjusted according to the ring size selected by the customer at the time of order
- Products with engravings on the stone according to customer requests
- Products with engravings on or inside the gold parts
- All products manufactured according to customer requests
For orders you wish to return, the product, invoice, waybill, certificate, product box, packaging, and all other documents and materials must be sent in the same condition as they were delivered to you, complete and undamaged, to the address provided at the bottom of the page.
During return shipping, any damage or similar depreciation to the product and accompanying documents and materials caused by shipping companies or the customer performing the return is the responsibility of the customer making the return.
For notifications, you may call our Customer Relations line or send an email to info@diavenustas.com. If you proceed with the return without obtaining approval from www.diavenustas.com, your return will not be accepted and your shipment will not be received.
After the return is received, experts will examine whether the return conditions have been met. Diamond products are returned after expert inspection. If the return is approved, the product amount will be refunded within 14 days to the credit card if the order was placed using a credit card, or to the bank account if payment was made via bank transfer/EFT.
The reflection of your refund to your credit card account depends on your bank’s processing time and may take 1 to 4 weeks.
